Universal base THE FIRST STEP (this product will be pencil-shaped with a squeeze function, in which an applicator is immediately built in, thanks to which, when squeezed, it is possible to apply the base  on all 5 nails at once. This base  is elastic and suitable for any type of nails. Suitable to use beneath gel, polygel and UV polish systems.
